I have trialed your DocImage in vs2008 but had to add controls in myself and the help was not integrated.

When is likely to have a "real" VS2008 installer for DocImage?

Also my eval copy runs out in three days. I will be away for the next week (doing some training). Is there anyway to extend the eval copy for say 2 more weeks?

I have the nod to purchase but just want to check on a few more things, like support for viewing PDF files. Also want to make sure I get the latest version.

I have not looked into PDF files (no need until now) but does your addon allow one to concatenate multiple PDFs into 1 PDF? (Does that even make sense?)

We can concatenate multiple image-only PDFs into a single PDF, but if the PDF you start with is not an image pdf, concatenating them will result in a rasterized PDF (image pages).  It's useful for PDFs that come from scanners or that have been converted from TIFF.
