ImgX DLL
- Fixed a problem with registering the library on DBCS systems.
- Fixed a bug in FromURL and FromMemoryFile which raised an error if a TIFF file didn't have IPTC data.
- Photoshop resources stored in the IPTC metadata will now be saved along with any IPTC data added.

- Fixed a problem related to the DBCS bug in ImgX DLL.
- The UndoText for the Ellipse MouseTool was incorrect.
ImgXPrint
- Fixed a bug when setting PaperWidth.
