I just got DotTwain today. I tried the eval version on xp and everything worked fine. I confirmed with the sales team that it was compatible with Vista before purchasing it. But it doesn't work on vista.

Any special settings needed for Vista business edition.

My app is WPF, uses .net 3.5....

DotTwain 2.1 and above work fine with Vista.

Using DotTwain in WPF requires that you set the Device.ModalAcquire property to true before you call Acquire. If setting that property to true does not solve your issue, please open a support case and attach an example application that does not work for you.
