I have Ricoh mpc3500 and older Ricoh model ~ 2 years old network multifunction device so scanning is through network via twain driver.
the application is used by Yardi and called capture
works fine on xp
trying to use on windows vista business 32bit operating system
on one computer outline of box shows up, only has a cancel button on it. On scanner display shows communication from this pc.
on second computer get a message box
illegal operation for current source manger or source state
twain error on sub acquire images
works ok if I use free download utility called infranview
